75 Years Ago - Eileen's Diary - June 12, 1937

 75 Years Ago - Eileen's Diary - June 12, 1937

This entry is the daily post on this blog from the diary of eighteen year old Eileen KINNICK, 75 Years Ago this date.

Since midway through 2010, a weekly update/comments blog entry began to appear on the Dr. Bill Tells Ancestor Stories blog. Those weekly entries, on that blog, on each Tuesday of the week, will continue, with links to these daily entries.

Here is the short entry for Saturday, June 12:

Cloudy. Wrote letters. Got film back. Bought things for the trip. Listened to Hit Parade. To bed at 8:00.

Here is the long entry for Saturday, June 12:

Rather cloudy. Slept till 8:00.To work at 9:00. Wrote letters. Got film back. Out home to dinner. Bought things for the trip. Wore new green dress. Got supper, did dishes & took down hit parade. Leo to town. Bussy & I went to bed about 8:00. Cleaned upstairs after work.

My comments: That about says it all, it appears!  ;-)
