75 Years Ago - Eileen's Diary - June 10, 1937

 75 Years Ago - Eileen's Diary - June 10, 1937

This entry is the daily post on this blog from the diary of eighteen year old Eileen KINNICK, 75 Years Ago this date.

Since midway through 2010, a weekly update/comments blog entry began to appear on the Dr. Bill Tells Ancestor Stories blog. Those weekly entries, on that blog, on each Tuesday of the week, will continue, with links to these daily entries.

Here is the short entry for Thursday, June 10:

Frank Patch papering. Joe Buckley painting. Typed all morning. Helen B. in pm. Worked on dress. Curled my hair & went to bed.

Here is the long entry for Thursday, June 10:

Keen day out. Came to work early. Frank Patch papering, Joel Buckley & CCB painting outside. I had a big job writing up Burgan inventory. Helen B. with me in pm. Home at 5:00. Worked on my dress till 9:30. Curled my hair & went to bed.

My comments:
Busy day at the office!  ;-)

I don't really suppose this lawyer's office looked like this 2003 Gentleman's Lounge when they got done hanging the wall paper, but the photo under: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wallpaper kind of fascinated me…  ;-)

Families are Forever!  ;-)
