75 Years Ago Today - Eileen's Diary - Mar 31, 1939

75 Years Ago Today
Eileen's Diary
Mar 31, 1939

This entry is a post from the diary of my mother, twenty year old Eileen KINNICK, 75 Years Ago this date. She kept a diary from 1932 as a freshman in high school until she left us, too early, in 1999.

Here is the daily entry for Friday, Mar 31:

Did usual work. Up home. I fried all the canned sausage. Canned 37 quarts of meat.
Curled LVene's & Betty's hair. Rained in pm.
Home at 5:30. Chored & then ate.
To bed at 10:00.

My comment:

Lots of pork meat preserved...

Families are Forever!  ;-)
