75 Years Ago - Eileen's Diary - July 11, 1937
This entry is the daily post on this blog from the diary of eighteen year old Eileen KINNICK, 75 Years Ago this date.
Since midway through 2010, a weekly update/comments blog entry began to appear on the Dr. Bill Tells Ancestor Stories blog. Those weekly entries, on that blog, on each Tuesday of the week, will continue, with links to these daily entries.
Here is the short entry for Sunday, July 11:
[She messed up the day… nothing for Sunday]
Here is the long entry for Sunday, July 11:
A little cloudy & sultry. All morning getting lunch ready. Drove Ray Hagaman's truck. Pete came at 12:00. Went to Spring Brook. Same place to eat. Had the grandest time just laying around. Ate supper there too. Then to Guthrie to the show "She met him in Paris." Really was cute. Got ice cream & ate it on way home. Absolutely [off edge of page; may have been more - cannot tell]
My comments: Movie actually "I Met Him in Paris."
