75 Years Ago - Eileen's Diary - September 23, 1937
75 Years Ago - Eileen's Diary - September 23, 1937
This entry is the daily post on this blog from the diary of eighteen year old Eileen KINNICK, 75 Years Ago this date.
Since midway through 2010, a weekly update/comments blog entry began to appear on the Dr. Bill Tells Ancestor Stories blog. Those weekly entries, on that blog, on each Tuesday of the week, will continue, with links to these daily entries.
Here is the short entry for Thursday, September 23:
At Mr. B's again. Dad & I went to a play at school. I went with Lizzie.
Here is the long entry for Thursday, September 23:
At plant in morning & Mr. Browning in pm. At nite Dad & I went to play given at the School House. With Liz. It was really pretty good.
My comments: Interesting she was working for Mr. Browning for a couple of days when work need was low at the Light Plant! ;-) And, that was important enough to mention in her diary... ;-)
Families are Forever! ;-)
