Here is the daily entry for Wednesday, April 20:
Pete getting the plow & tractor down here. Disked & harrowed the garden in a.m. In pm. he plowed it & then he & I planted 13 rows of spuds. Kinda tired. Did up the work early, took baths & went to bed early.
My comments: First mention of a tractor... I'd sure like to see it! ;-)
